  • Implement and embed operational excellence and continuous improvement programmes across the facility
  • Improve efficiency, productivity, and cost performance while maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards
  • Lead and develop large cross-functional manufacturing teams
  • Ensure strong adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with central leadership to deliver strategic operational objectives
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, discipline, and results

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience operating as Plant Manager or senior manufacturing leader within complex production facilities

  • Strong understanding of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and manufacturing performance management
  • Experience leading large operational teams within high-volume production environments
  • Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, performance-driven manufacturing environments
  • Background within bakery or baked goods manufacturing would be highly advantageous, though not essential
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to stabilise, motivate, and align operational teams
