We are supporting a global FMCG organisation with world-leading brands in the appointment of a Plant Manager for one of its key manufacturing sites based in Bucharest, Romania. The site employs 500+ people and plays a strategic role within the company’s European manufacturing network.
This role will lead the continued development of site capability, operational performance, and production capacity, supporting ongoing growth and investment across the facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence while building the leadership capability of the plant team.
